Yes you will get $200. I'm added as a household member in my cousin's prime account. He already had prime card but I still went ahead and applied for this card. Got immediately approved and $200 added to my amazon gift card balance.

from where do we need to refer ?
I'm not sure about that because I haven't used this card on any amazon purchases yet (got it last week only). All my amazon purchases since then have been covered with the $200 gift card that they gave. Moreover, I won't see the cash back balance until after 1 month anyways. But if I go to the benefits section of the card, it shows that I'm eligible for 5% cashback. I don't see a reason for not getting it unless you are removed from the prime household. Good luck.
