This version only contains polymyxin and bacitracin because recent studies show that some people are allergic to neomycin, which is where the name Neosporin come from, interestingly. Anyway, it might be slightly less effective than the regular Neosporin, but this version is great if you know you're allergic to neomycin or if you have sensitive skin and want to avoid the filler ingredients that are in the regular version.
