We're on our second one.
Bought the first one in 2016. Probably around 2019-2020 the convection fan stopped working.
Bought a new one in September 2022, and the fan has stopped working on it as well, probably 5 months ago.
They don't offer a replacement motor. It would be a simple fix if they did. Can't source the motor anywhere else, I've tried.
We're deciding now if we want to keep using it with no convection or try another brand.
2x M3 Nylock nuts
2x M3x18 Machine screws
2x M5 Fender Washers
1x 3/8x11/64x1/8 Nylon Washer Part# 59550-B
Aside from opening the shell of the oven by removing the T10 and P2 screws, unscrew the switch bracket from inside the lower left of the oven - 2 black screws in-between the heating elements - and replace the brass rivets with the M3 screws and nuts. Unscrew the nylon guide roller from the door track and inspect it for wear. It will be unevenly worn down from its original ~10mm diameter. Drill the replacement nylon washer shaft up one size (I think it was to 3/16") to fit the screw you removed, and sandwich it between the two fender washers when screwing back on so the washers sit outside the door track and mimics the original shoulder washer. Buy more nylon washers for when it wears through again.
Also, love mine and often use it as a primary oven. One of my favorite features is setting it for a specific time so it turns off automatically after x minutes. My oven does have a way to do this but it is more complicated so I just don't use the feature.

If you want to crisp things up and cook small amounts of food quickly, I would get an actual air fryer — they are smaller in capacity and basically heat up much faster than this and also is closer to your food so the food gets crisp quicker. It's why if you follow "air fryer" instructions, you will NOT get the results you want.

Bought mine in Nov 2017 from Bed Bath and Beyond. Total with tax was $274.81.
We lived in Phoenix at the time, and heating up the main oven was not acceptable in the heat of summer. With 6 boys in the house, and the wife, we used this at least 5-9 times a day for years. Now all the kids are gone, and it's still used 2-3 times a day.
I knew about the fan issue before. I spray mine with food grade silicone.
Once every 6 months I spray it with no heat oven cleaner to wipe off the splatter inside. I cover the infrared heat bars with aluminum foil before spraying, and then remove once cleaned.
I also wrap aluminum foil over the bottom pull out tray. It has kept the tray spotless.
Worked flawless until last week. Then the door felt like it didn't have tension against it, and the timer kept blinking. I need to take it apart today and see if the video on YouTube fixes it with just a slight spring adjustment.
If it doesn't, I'll just keep using it without the timer working or look for a spring online.
One of the best purchases I've made, and I will buy another when this one gives up the ghost.

He sprayed from the electric motor+cooling fan side which I assume eventually flowed to the convection fan side when tilted on it's side like that.
I will confirm that guy complaining about removing the shell being a total pain in the butt, I've done it to replace the assist spring on the door which broke once. Putting it back together was way harder than taking it apart.

The cherry on top is they purposely make their ovens near impossible to fix without destroying them.
We now own a shark air fryer oven that we paid half the price and ended up loving it more.

I bought a lubricant specifically for high temperature applications and attempted to lube the fan from the inside, but that didn't work. It's way too much work to disassemble the oven, so it will remain a standard toaster oven until it completely fails.
It's a 10/10 for baking pizza or anything smaller.
It's a 6/10 as far as Air Fryers go, the heating just isn't consistent across the entire oven, so it'll work ok if you turn the basket a lot but a cheap $50ish Gourmia air fryer runs circles around these ovens for air frying most things. However I prefer this oven for air frying mandolin sliced potatoes, it works really well, just toss in a little oil, season and lay the pieces flat, 375 for 15 mins, and turn the tray in middle of cooking and remove at your desired crispiness.
