This is the code for the $50 Reserve Credit. I think it's the same for everyone.

This is going to be a YMMV deal. You need to post the combination of discounts you used to get down to $56.

Question: I'm about to send in my old watch for the trade-in program.

Can I keep my old band and charger and still get the full rebate or do I need to return those also?

Thanks in advance!
Quote from RespectMyAuthoritay :
Only the watch. No box BP chargers no bands. My watch shipped today too
Quote from thachtran :
I just completed a trade-in. I did not send in the band nor charger.
Quote from Zoomy :
No band no charger. I traded in my watches for galaxy watch 6 and rep confirmed I just need the watch body and nothing else.
I hope that helps.

I'm confused if I'm going to receive (2) total bands now. My order has 2 items in the invoice, the watch and the extra strap. Some people said they have 3 items total, the watch and then 2 straps separately. The item image for my watch shows the athleisure band and I ordered the extra band as the sport band.

I can confirm it. Please see the attached picture. I did not have the green band listed separately as a line item. Also received the atheleisure band, which was listed an an additional item in the list.

The ones saying "no band" probably didn't open the watch box, and given the extra band came separately, they were probably expecting the default band in a separate box.
Check out the picture attached to my post HERE. It looks totally different from what you received.

I kept trying to change the "free" band and the order would go through but get changed in the system to a S/M "pink" cloth band. The rep couldn't figure out why. Even they tried to order the correct band and it would change in back to S/M "pink" cloth band in the system with no feedback as to why. I just gave up and accepted it. LMAO

The other band came through fine. But certain size/color/style combinations seem like they were out of stock. Instead of telling you they are out of stock it would just let the order go through and only show the "free" band in the final order confirmation.

Samsung has the worst ordering system in the world.

YMMV. I only opened the package for the "poor condition" 46 mm R895 Classic 4 watch, and it seems to be in pretty good condition. The screen has no visible damage/scratches on it whatsoever; I only see very light/minimal scratches on the ring part that can be rotated around the screen. Other than that, there are small blemishes on the underside of the watch, but nothing excessive. I'll definitely return the "good condition" watch and use the "poor condition" watch for the trade-in.
I purchased a "good" condition one from likely the same seller, screen is free of scratches, one of the buttons has scratches and on the back, overall okay, but there seems to be some gouge marks. Not sure if I should send this in or just get a new one off ebay for like $13 more to not deal with the hassle of Samsung rejecting it (never dealt with a trade-in with them before).

I checked and it is THREE items on the invoice.

My previous order where I canceled I only had two items on the invoice. The Watch 7 and the "free" S/M pink cloth band. Even though I ordered everything correctly since they were out of a particular band they just let the order go through minus the out of stock band without saying anything. I immediately called Samsung and had them cancel the order and reordered with a band that was in stock.

It was weird. Even they couldn't figure it out. It didn't give any indication to me nor the Samsung rep that the band was out of stock. I just figured that is what was happening.

I ordered the watch after agent in chat assured me the watch does blood pressure in the USA.

It doesn't.

Battery is no better than what I'm still getting in my watch 3.

The 7 is going back.

Your packaging looks different because you didn't order one of the default configurations. When you change the band from the default configuration, it's a custom configuration and they are shipped in a box like yours.

I also have ordered a few watches with non-default bands and they came like yours. It's been this way since Watch4.

Your situation is different since you are mixing "default" Sport Band configurations (ex: 40 mm with S/M size band and 44 mm with M/L size band) so they have 3 items because they have to manually give you the Creme M/L Sport band because it doesn't come natural in the package.

Default build configurations are as follows (showing only free band and no default band in order)
1. 40mm Green watch and S/M Green Sport band
2. 40mm Cream watch and S/M Cream Sport band
3. 44mm Green watch and M/L Green Sport band
4. 44mm Silver watch and M/L Silver Sport band

If you order outside of the default Sport band build configurations, it should come in a box like this (your situation is an example since you order 40 mm with M/L size band)

Also, hearing a lot of negative stuff about Samsung's trade-in program. Many are recommending to document/record your entire packaging/drop off process.

Not sure why anyone would want to stick with the Watch 3 when it is running unsupported Tizen OS software. I mean the argument could be made for the Watch 4 since it was the first Galaxy Watch to use Wear OS and is still supported today. I don't know how you can determine the battery life is no better after 1 or 2 days when the Watch 3 battery has a smaller battery than the Watch 7.

Default band for Cream 40mm watch7 is Cream S/M. You changed it to Cream M/L. That's why it has three items - watchface, M/L band and the free band.
