unlikely. you would be able to keep more tabs open in browsers, run more programs at once, open larger (and i mean MUCH larger!) spreadsheets, edit larger videos without disk caching, etc etc etc.

RAM is just the "amount of stuff you can do at once". if you are on DDR4 and not at 3200mhz, but your motherboard supports it, the faster speed might see faster load times in games and apps.

I appreciate the response. I guess that's what I was looking for is faster load times and not necessarily the ability to run more applications at the same time.

my guess would be that load time improvement would be marginal at best. unless you;re going from a stick of 2133mhz ram to 3200mhz, in which case you might shave a real number of seconds off initial load of a game with large levels, or putting video into ram to play or edit, etc.

you wont see huge reductions like going from a minute to load something down to 15 seconds. it'd be more like a minute down to 50 seconds, maybe 45.

No latency listed so it's probably slower ram l, yeah looked it up CAS 22 there are other faster brands for about the same price. Example TEAMGROUP T-FORCE VULCAN Z DDR4 32GB Kit (2x16GB) 3200MHz (PC4-25600) CL16 Desktop Memory Module Ram Black TLZBD432G3200HC16FDC01 https://a.co/d/jcXUtTB

Would be quite alright for RAM drives and multiple virtual machines. I got the 64GB kit for $99

Without complicating things too much. You can improve load times by using a 2.5inch data with speeds of 500mb/s+ or any M.2 SSD to improve loading of applications. This is the cheapest option with the narrowest improvements. Anything beyond that needs an upgrade of one or the other cpu and gpu.
