Picked up the 2000a version in December 23....its a must, highly recommend this because it gives you peace of mind and I've helped a few people out with jumps as well.

i bought this more than one year ago and never got a chance to use it, so it's just sitting in my drawer since. My neighbor's car's battery was dead, so I used this to help him. Surprisingly, the battery still shows 4 bars when I turned it on, and was able to power up my neighbor's sedan with no problem. Very reliable.

I feel like it's worth spending the extra $20 and getting the GBX45 that has 60W Type C IN/OUT. Full charge in 48 minutes

I don't own this but I own a similar jump starter from another brand (Gooloo). They're must-haves in every vehicle I own. I've used them a number of times to get back on the road, especially when my battery started dying on me last year.

Edit: the Gooloo 4000 is on sale for $5 more ($80 with coupon). I'd buy that one, given that they are both solid brands in this space, but the Gooloo has more peak amperage and USB-C

Have an older one, it is great. The one downside is it charges via micro USB.

Think it is still the same, whish they would update to take PD via USBC.

Doesn't do much good if you get stranded and it's in your home.

Got https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016UG6PWE because in one review it started V8 even without a battery being hooked up to a car, all by itself.

Seconded on the Gooloo one. It holds a full charge for a VERY long time and withstands winter well. I used it to jump a 7.3 diesel in the middle of winter and worked like a charm.

Edit: this [amazon.com] is the one I have. Currently sale for $50.
