TLDR: If you are considering ANC Premium headphones, be open minded and consider XM5s. But they do lack Dolby Atmos if you like watching movies on Apple TV or listening to music through Apple Music. But XM5s are super light, cross platform compatible and can maintain two active connections the same time. And they are not locked to any ecosystem. It comes with a superior USB-C charging, and 3.5MM headphone jack (very usefull on long international flights).

Aging hardware, no real hard shell case, no feature parity with the $169 AirPods Pro, lightning port, etc
Hard to justify at the 350-400 price when you can get XM5s for $300 today.
The worst part is next week when these things go back to 450-509 standard like they're worth that much lol.
