Highly recommend. I grabbed mine at the $700 and it was completely worth it. I will say my sub unit was defective...they made me buy another entire surround and swap the subs. The sub kept disconnecting every few minutes or so, even when directly next to the soundbar. New sub worked fine

What is the name what is the name of the actual Samsung App on iOS? Following the link in the top post I get an error stating not available in your region, I'm in the US. I have Samsung EPP but through the browser I'm seeing $1699

Edit: App showed up again later in the day. It's called Shop Samsung. Might have caught it mid version update. Price is showing as $619 now.

I must say, I am not impressed with the sound bar! I was skeptical moving to a sound bar from floor standing speakers as I moved them to a theater room. Its okay for watching movies but for any music listening, its just underwhelming! Sub feels like almost non existent! maybe my living space is too large to fill the sound but so far have not been very happy. Using eArc connection to my LG Cx with passthrough ebaled as some folks suggested to get the best out of Q990C.

Received mine and the sub and left channel had connectivity issues. Firmware was the most recent, version 1004. Tried troubleshooting for a few hours to no avail.

Will be returning it and not seeking a replacement. While looking for a solution online it seemed like the connectivity issues are common and QC is an issue.

I honestly didn't think the sound quality was all that impressive when it was working, especially the side speakers. The sub is a beast, but kind of boomy, not clear. It may have just been my unit being defective, or maybe my expectations were too high, but the reviews made it sound like this would easily replace a home theater system.

coming from denon 1712 and klipsch floor standing/center/surround and outlaw 12 in sub.

the sub is actually impressive how small it is and not rattling/boomy.

the sound bar soundstage is definitely lacking but it is just one speaker. surrounds are great. voices are great

super happy with it

I was so excited to get this but a UPS employee wanted it just as bad as me. UPS said it's lost. 😡 Now I have to wait 7 business days to get a refund from Samsung. I'll reorder in a few days.
