Does anyone know if those codes apply to refurbished products and are therefore ineligible? Looking at a refurb Powercolor RX 6600.

No. You must pay with your BofA credit card. Directly - not through another service like PayPal.

Look for a WD (or Seagate, but I like WD) PURPLE drive - the purple drives at both companies are made for surveillance.
