I upgraded my server with it. It does exactly what I need it to do and probably wont touch it for a long time

I'm actually leaning towards this the 5900XT which has x2 the number of CPU cores. Even this 5900x still has 50% more CPU cores (12) and the benchmarks on actual work show the difference.

Not everyone buys CPU's just to play games. Some of us actually need more cores for threaded work so don't be so quick to say a component's discount doesn't have a place.

Shame, I really, really really want this, but passing BECAUSE Newegg....

I vowed to always boycott Newegg, as they don't deserve my support with their craptastic CS...
