Why is a 16tb external cheaper than a 4 tb internal 2.5" drive?
What happened to the cheap prices from last year when I did not need a drive (yes, I know the answer).

the drives are identical to the drives in their Backup line, except for no software => your premise is bogus....

This is cheaper per gig than the 20 TB WD's, anyone know what kind of drive is inside? Quality vs the recent WD's?
