I have these the orbital sander I'm not a fan of I think a corded one would be better not having to worry about losing power/ speed (which is already lacking) as the battery drains the multi tool works pretty good tho

Doesn't matter. They work great. I refinished my Corian counter tops with the sander and the cutting tool is great for tight spaces like baseboards or screw heads. This is a hot deal and I highly recommend both tools.
This little sander is a beast, brushless or not. I have beat the snot out of mine on refinishing a chewed up back deck, building railings, columns and sanding concrete. Definitely keep some extra 4ah batteries charging though as it's a hongry boi.

Agreed. I have it and it's awesome…but have 2 batteries if you need for long usage.
I've had this tool for like 2 years now. Last week I had to change a toilet fill valve in the up stairs. That damn thing was fused together. After snapping it In half. Trying to get ahold of it with vice grips, pipe wrench, I remembered I had this tool. Popped the plunge blade on and made short work of it. 10/10 tool
