If I buy this, can I return one and keep the other? I really only need the oscillating tool, I've already got a handheld sander.

I'd like to know this as well, except I need the sander and not the multitool! I'm guessing the answer is no, but if you live near me in north AL we can split the cost. 😂

If you were any closer, I certainly would! Lol. I'm way up in TN.

I would think not as it appears to be a package deal, not like the "free tool" hack.

They fixed that hack. It's now split priced so can't get a free tool by returning the batteries.

Oscillating tool is great for cutting nails and notching wood. However, I had to return it for a replacement after the motor went limp and it was only used for a day.

This says "combo kit", does that mean they are packaged together in the same box? If so, that would have nothing to do with the hack.

I'd rather have the brushless oscillating tool. I've swapped out all my tools for brushless where possible.

I was thinking the same, but for the price I can probably let it go. I feel like the general hype around brushless is a bit overstated, especially if you're a casual weekend warrior.
Even on direct tools the brushless multi tool is $110 currently, so what like $70 on sale?

They come in a single pack, so you cannot return 1 tool.

I have these both. Bought them separately and paid about the same price. Maybe a little less. They work as expected. Fine for DIY.
