I have this same model from a few years ago, and the results are higher than what my health provider's equipment gives out (multiple locations).
Be sure to take your new machine with you to the doctor's office to compare results. Return it if they don't match (within a few points).

I have it. I consider it reliable and accurate. It was about 35 bucks with coupons cashback etc from Walgreens when I got it a year or so ago, otherwise I would have bought another one for gift to family.

This device while having nice features is a piece of trash. Accuracy is off by 10+ points both systolic/diastolic consistently. This was confirmed through several much more expensive devices used in healthcare settings.

Don't buy this if you have hypotension. If you have low blood pressure, low pulse, or weak pulse this will give you an E5 error code. This is a know problem, search Omron reviews.

If you have hypertension (high blood pressure), this unit works fine. But if you have hypotension (low blood pressure) or low pulse, this unit will not display the numbers and give an error code.

Just so you know... and in case you have a Sams Club Membership. You can get this on for about 58.48 AND their model also includes the AC Adapter for free. Item # 980294628

Any recommendations for monitors that accommodate larger biceps?

I brought this model last year from Walgreens and it did have an AC Adapter. I did take mine to the doctor's office and I compare it to their BP machines, and it was very close to their results. Only a number or 2 off. My doctor did recommend this brand to me. Have no issues with it and I check my BP every day.

I may not use it correctly, but if I do 10 tests in a raw on this - each result is going to be +-30% different from the previous one. I was never able to get anything consistent, it's like some random numbers..

OCT20 code is not working anymore, use code SAVE20 instead.

How high is the difference? Because literally almost every reading is really different. Even with same equipment

Save20 works, but I don't see the product coupon on the page. Is this dead?

Make sure to measure correctly, most doctor's offices basically rush you in and out and don't do it correctly.

For the odd chance that you want to use the device overseas, eg bring to parents and in-laws elsewhere, it will only work with a U.S. based Apple Store app. I bought a different model and took it to Europe and there was no way to get a Bluetooth connection going other than through the Omron connect app (not via regular Bluetooth), and the one from the European App Store did NOT work. CS confirmed this was by design. We ended up creating a us Apple Store account just to get the U.S. version of the app and the device works fine. It looks like this und and is too bulky for travel but nice readable display.
Costco has a much more portable Microlife monitor for around $45 that sometimes goes on sale for an extra $10-15 off. This one is much easier to pair.
Also BP monitors are eligible for FSA flex account spending, if you have that option.

I also can not find a coupon to clip (I'm signed in) - is it gone?

Synching to the app is VERY problematic. It syncs about a third of the time.
