I bought this last year for same price. When it works, the interface is fast and responsive. Rewinding, navigating, etc. is all very good. The app integration is also very good and I use the app as the remote more than the physical remote. Connecting headphones to your phone/app instead of the TV is also pretty handy. My biggest gripe is that the Roku freezes or restarts itself A LOT, especially with certain apps like Max (HBO). I haven't been able to solve this. My theory is that the unit is overheating or maxing out. I have to physically unplug the power to the box many times to restart it. I do think it's worth $34 and the experience is better than my Chromecast and Fire stick.
I would buy the regular ROKU Ultra.. no this LT model with so many known glitches.
Really -- what are they exactly? The (10th gen) Ultra and Ultra LT have the same hardware minus the USB port the regular one has (and the aforementioned remote differences). Both units use the same RealTek RT1319 chip so I really wouldn't expect much of any differences in performance. The LT that I have had for a year seems to be performing well so far, but I will say people might see some HDCP hiccups if not using a quality HDMI cable capable of 4k. My LT seemed much more picky than the 5th Generation Roku Premiere (4620) that it replaced that also does 4k but not any HDR.
If it has the rechargeable remote ("Hey Roku, turn off the TV"), I want 10 of them!
I just use rechargeable AAs or AAAs in the remotes of my Rokus. If you get quality (i.e. - made in Japan cells) they should last quite some time between replacement. I believe the LT remote also supports voice commands, but I don't use them.

I tried the new Ultra (4850) for less than a day and went back to my 4660. HDCP issues, audio issues, channel crashes. Go check out the Roku forum, tons of issues.
The worst part for me was that the audio level was easily 75% quieter on the 4850 compared to the 4660.
Anyway, lots and lots of issues with the new Ultras and OS14.

Perhaps you completely missed that my reply was to a guy who was recommending getting a Ultra over the Ultra LT because he claims the LT is buggy? It is disappointing, but it doesn't surprise me a lot that the brand new Ultra model (release just a few months ago) is a bit buggy. I can say my year old Ultra LT has been pretty rock solid after I got past the initial cable issues -- meaning the cable that did 4k just fine with my 4620 was not good enough for the 4801.

I don't believe the LT has the rechargeable remote.
You're absolutely right, my mistake. The Roku site doesn't even list this remote, I think it's only available in the "LT" package. I was referring to the "Voice Remote Pro" remote, which this package doesn't include.
