Something to consider with the instant water heater units is they use a lot of electricity. If the outlet near your toilet isn't on its own dedicated circuit then that means if someone uses a hair dryer at the same time then the breaker will trip at the electrical box. Now you might be thinking no one will use a hair dryer while you're using this in the same restroom, but if you have more than one bathroom it's not uncommon for multiple/all the bathroom outlets in a house to share the same 20 amp circuit even on different floors.

look on the other side of a wall near toilet. You may find an outlet you can tap into easily

Anyone know how to get home depot to match in order to use the military discount for another 10%?
EDIT: No go, cannot stack price match and Military discount at HD. Ordering from HD would be the same exact price as Amazon after discount. But you cant earn 10 chase pts per $ shopping with Freedom Card.

Does everyone else _have_ electrical lines in the bathroom toilet room? I do not, nor have previous houses - with new(ish) houses. Is this common in other areas, perhaps?

As far as I know it is not common to have an electrical outlet located in a separate toilet room. Typically an outlet can be found nearby toilets when the toilet is located next to a sink in the same room. The built in bidet plug is typically 3 to 5 feet long which can be just enough to reach the outlet if it's located on the toilet side of the sink. A small extension cord can also be used.

I bought a BB2000 in 2020 and while it had a wider feature set than the K300, and could achieve higher pressure if needed, I prefer the K300. I didn't use the extra features, didn't need the ass-blast pressure, and I find the K300 to make pretty much no noise, whereas the BB always sounded like it was running a compressor pump even at lower pressure settings. The BB also seemed to have more notable variance in temperature once the tank was exhausted. I never get more than very minor temperature fluctuations on the K300.

Obviously everyone has preferences, but from my experience it's a bit too blanket statement to say the BB is better. They have pros and cons.

I was really on the fence with this one and the S7A, but I can't justify double the price for features I probably won't use anyway (auto-flush and auto-open, already have a nightlight under my vanity). Like the drying option but not for $600 more!

Note that this price may only be for a standard/round toilet bowl, not an elongated bowl ($200 more for beige-only)? Although the specs in the listing specify "Elongated" and the measurements seem correct. So not sure now what "classic" means?...
