- Enrollment is limited. Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card for qualifying spend. Only US-issued American Express Cards are eligible.
- Limit of 1 statement credit per eligible Card Member account. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive a statement credit.
- Qualifying Purchases
- Offer valid in-store at Best Buy or online only at US website BestBuy.com [bestbuy.com]. Valid at any participating location in the US and US Territories. See merchant website for shipping policy. Some merchants may not ship to all areas. Excludes Best Buy Outlet store locations, Best Buy Business, Best Buy Education, Geek Squad services not purchased through Best Buy, a Best Buy Marketplace store at a third-party website, standalone Pacific Sales stores, standalone Yardbird stores, and gift cards. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.

I typically buy other gift cards that I cannot buy discounted and then the 10% discount is real.
BTW - Chipotle $25 gift cards at $21.25 online - limit 3. Not sure if they will honor the deal in the store too.

This. Many discounts are best applied to gc purchases that simply cannot be found discounted anywhere else. There's nothing like getting discounts on pretty much everything you buy but there are those one or two or three places where you always pay 100%.

Which sucks double for me b/c I never got AMEX offer
I used my Amex offer with PayPal once and got 1250 points on $250 amazon gc. Then I again added the offer to my account and it was there until yesterday as I was getting ready to use it but now I see it's gone
