After 60 days it will unlock to any carrier. Deal already comes with the 30 day plan. You just need to pay for that month and don't need to pay for 2nd month. Phone will automatically unlocked on day 60.

Received a brand new unopened iPhone 13 (in Apple packaging). Ordered on 11/13, delivered on 11/15. Activated the phone, texted unlock to 611611, received reply that my unlock date is 01/16/2025.

I can't get orders to go through...it says:

"your order (#null) has been placed and will arrive by UPS in null business days"

Anybody else get this?

He insisted I had messed up and refused to help further.Finally, I reached a fourth representative who was knowledgeable and understood the issue right away. He guided me through each step, corrected the phone IMEI and SIM card issues, and proceeded with the phone number transfer. However, the SIM card had no prepaid funds on it, even though I had paid $45. After providing my order number, he confirmed my payment and added the funds to the SIM card. He stayed on the line until my number was transferred, and all services were working properly.This entire ordeal took over three hours and was a nightmare. I'm planning to switch carriers as soon as the unlock period is up. I wanted to share this experience to give others a heads-up if you're considering Straight Talk.Thank you for reading, and I hope this helps someone out there.
I have even worse experience - I have talked with more than 4 reps (online chat, phone, straight talk reps, total wireless reps), and spent more than 4 hours, none of them are helpful. Some are polite, and some are rude. I would avoid straight talk in the future.

That's the biggest issue with support, poor training. They've been preloading plans on the sim card for several years and for some reason there are still reps that have no clue, just like the ones that give out incorrect unlock requirements.
Actual users are much better informed.

Just ordered one. TY OP! I didn't go with the Walmart iPhone 14 because it seemed complicated. Hopefully, this deal will go smoothly for me. I just want an iPhone with bigger memory. Currently using 64gb and it's full.

I don't know about Tmobile because I never use Tmobile my UNLOCK phone can be used in Verizon, ATT and all carrier even any phone carrier oversea. This is how the unlock phone work. LOL.

I recall last year a few people got it shipped and they reverted them back to warehouse while in transit with ups. It was a refurbished XR or 11 if I recall correctly. Usually I think it happen when people placed excessive number of orders. If this was the first then try a different email, computer/location/ip address and maybe a different credit card or name of spouse or roommate etc.
