This is definitely the lowest price ever on what is clearly a high-quality charger and clearly, on paper anyway, an optimal balance between power, size, and versatility -- a do-it-all charger to carry in your bag or use for travel.
This charger is tiny -- about the size of Anker's excellent Model 715 65W charger[amazon.com] -- but unlike that excellent charger, this one has 3 ports and Dynamic Power Distribution that is supposed to detect the power draw needs from each device and divide the power accordingly. In other words, plug your laptop and your phone into the two USB-C ports, and it will allocate power evenly, or based on which one needs it more. (i.e., if your smartphone battery is drained and calling for 25W fast charging, it'll send more power to that port for a while, but if you're using your laptop to render video files, it'll send more power in that direction). Pretty remarkable for a little cube that's less than 2 inches.
In practice, I'm disappointed to learn that the dynamic power distribution hasn't performed quite as well in tests as advertised. For travel, if you just buy the single port Model 715 charger for about $10 less, plug your laptop into that and use the USB ports on your laptop to charge your phone and watch, you'll get the same result.
If you're buying your first compact charger, I'd say get this. It's a steal for $36 and it's versatile. But if you already have the single-port Model 715, this may not be worth it.
The Costco deal is fine, but that's not the same thing. It includes the Anker model 336 charger -- not the GaNPrime charger. The 336 is an older model that doesn't have the newer dynamic power distribution technology.

I bought the Costco deal as it is cheaper and comes with the 1-port (even smaller) adapter for when you are traveling with just your phone/1 device. Then you have the 3-port one for when you a bringing your laptop/tablet with you. I need to look into the dynamic power distribution benefits, however to see if that is worth paying an extra $13 + losing the single adapter in the Costco bundle. Thanks for posting.
I'd still prefer to go with the Costco deal for their 2 chargers at 23.99 and Costco's generous return policy if ever I decide to upgrade or change my mind or it stops working.

The 3-port Costco adapter supports GaN, but not GaN prime. Do you know the difference in terms of the power to each port when charging multiple devices? I could not find a clear answer using AI Too many similar looking and named adapters out there.

I got the Costco ones. They are huge compared to the newer models like this. The big one from Costco is much bigger than I thought. I'm planning to return them unopened. I'm just spoiled by the size of this one and for the smaller one, this: https://a.co/d/9rBmXgI.

To be clear dynamic distribution doesn't work. This was a failure in marketing for the Prime 67W and 100W chargers last year. The power allocation is fixed and has been shown in testing and posted on Reddit in the /r/anker subreddit.

Reportedly, the power allocation of model A2669 is:
It's still a wonderful charger and I think the most compact 67W charger out there. It's plenty of wattage for a MacBook Pro for office use and while 45W when using dual port mode will slow it down, it should still be plenty to charge for most people.
I personally like the 100W Prime charger for travel because when I only have 30 minutes at the airport plug and want to bump charge my devices, giving my laptop 100W or at least a 65W split charge is needed as 45W is a bit too slow for my taste.
Still a good charger overall. I bought a 67W for my in laws to put in the kitchen. It's more than enough to charge 2 phones and some other device when we are around the house.
