Edit: The PNY model at Best Buy seems to get better reviews.

I bought one a year ago. It was junk. The flash drive write protected itself because if failed. PNY warrantied it and sent me a new one. I sold it unopened. Never again.

If you compare the actual content of the reviews, you'll see they essentially suffer from the same issue (write speed filling buffer, flapping).

The best drive would be the $5.99 (Black Friday) price of the slightly upgraded version (C175)

Got it yesterday and its indeed slower than my other drives. Transferred a movie at 30mb/s while my other no-name free drive I received transfers at 50mb/s.
Not a bad price, but depending on use case or needs.
