I'm on simple choice and I qualified. Already traded in two phones. One for a 9 pro xl and one for a regular 9. If you go to the product page and try from there it's gonna keep trying to add a line for the promo. You have to go to the number's profile and select upgrade from there.

Anyone have the promo id or a screen shot?
I ordered the pixel pro 9 xl with a trade in of s20 fe on simple choice. Phone was received on 11/26 and I send back the s20 fe , received 12/16, checked and promo applied on 12/17.
12/18 I got a text from TMobile saying my promo is canceled.
I chatted with a rep and now he is telling me there was no promo for a s20fe and I need to go to a store to further discuss this.
Really frustrated with TMobile right now.

My order got canceled too and I placed a new order on 16th Dec while on call with the T-mobile rep and the phone and buds got delivered today. I didn't open the phone and buds yet and called T-mobile and explained the situation. She appeared to be knowing what has happened and after a bit of wait she said that she removed the current promo on the line ($500 trade-in credit) and she has setup a follow up for tomorrow morning to add my line to the correct promo tomorrow. She said the price for the buds is also taken care of. Finally, she said if everything goes fine, I will not be getting any call from her, but if there is any issue, she will call me back on Saturday. Hopefully, everything goes fine.

I am not going to open the phone or the buds until everything is fixed.

I received the phone and buds today. I chatted with T-Mobile via their website using a computer. The rep wrote to me:

I was skeptical so I contacted T-Mobile using Facebook Messenger. A different rep wrote the promo was applied (see quotes below):

My order was cancelled but we called in and the representative credited us the difference of the current trade-in promo and prior ($400 - $250 = $150) and told us to re-order. Credit showed up while on the call so this ends up better in the long run as we got $150 "back" earlier.

Looks like this is being handled per case basis.

I contacted them via Twitter/X. The credits will apply on each bill not on your credit card. For me that means $0 payment over 24 months for the Pixel9.

Yes, go to the website and look at all the install payments on your account. If you have a promo it will show the promo ID and the amount of the credit and how many months left. I also got a text message on the line that was upgraded that the promo was added.

I received my buds and pixel 9 earlier after having my order canceled and having to reorder them 2 days ago.
Called up 611 after getting them today and seems like they took care of everything as promised and I can see the EIP under my account.
