BestBuy applies a restocking fee for returns. When it comes to price matching, Amazon usually has comparable prices to other competitors. Personally, I've encountered so many issues with BestBuy that I've lost track.

they take forever to refund it you return... this isn't just apple computers they do this for almost all electronics now.

If you know you won't return it then buy it there obviously

I dont have any restocking fees with Best Buy. Maybe its that small membership I paid for which got me deals so I was ok with it. Best buy will price match 30 days. Amazon will not. I am fairly sure these deals do not go higher, they go lower or some sort of additional perk. On occasion Costco will throw in Apple Care. Costco will definiitely lower to match by Christmas. Best buy sometimes has trade in deals that actually make sense.

Great price but 256GB is tough. An additional $200 just to get 512GB ugh.

Agreed. The two-week return window for any purchase is just wonderful! Having to explain yourself to the potentially rude and untrained staff that don't know how process a return or that must wait for the manager's approval, totally beats having to drop off the package at a UPS store.

Amazon return policy sucks so badly now. I don't know whats wrong with them.

I bought two macbook pro and ended up canceling delivery. Still waiting for refund after 6 weeks. They are having me file an incident report Smilie. Shocking!

Amazon protects themselve now but they allow customers to burn 3P sellers like myself. I dont sell expensive tech. That is high risk.
