BestBuy applies a restocking fee for returns. When it comes to price matching, Amazon usually has comparable prices to other competitors. Personally, I've encountered so many issues with BestBuy that I've lost track.

If you know you won't return it then buy it there obviously

Bestbuy.com has HORRENDOUS, AWEFUL, UNHELPFUL customer service. Bestbuy in store does little about bestbuy.com's shenanigans.

Unfortunately for years they were getting tons of fraud. But it is tough for honest customers. If you look at some high end digital cameras , you will see it noted that the serial numbers are recorded. That's due to switcharoo. Person returns a broken or different item.
