Looks like BB has the 820 on sale also.
This isn't the lowest from recent sales(off by $20) but sales aren't coming as often as they use to on these.

This adds DV and slightly better AQ DAC over the 420.
You would really only notice in a side by side comparison on a good AQ setup.

Bought this open box..2-3 years ago for like $265 I think, at Best Buy
These used to be discounted heavier when there was competition out there in the 4K player marketplace
Now that a few manufacturers dropped out of the market prices reflect that

It's on sale @ Walmart for 369.99. I tried to get Best Buy to price match but they are in "price match exclusion mode" until Dec. 3rd. The chat agent then recommended I still buy it at $399 from Best Buy. LOL

That's weird AF. I see they are a "grey" seller. Cancelled order and will wait until price goes down elsewhere, hopefully ABT electronics.

That authorized list appears to be only for Lumix cameras. I can understand an authorized list for specialized products like Lumix cameras, but with Walmart being one of the biggest retailers in the world, I have a hard time believing they are not authorized to sell general Panasonic products from shavers to phones to baby monitors and blu-ray players.
If you try to buy the UB-820-k directly from Panasonic using the 'Shop Authorized Retailers' link at https://shop.panasonic.com/produc...n-hd-audio, Walmart is offered as a vendor. If you click on the Walmart link currently from Panasonic's webpage, it takes you to the listing from 6AVE.
