Pretty sure I purchased this as a gift for $50 a decade or so ago.

Bill Waterson never licensed his work for that sort of thing. He was dead against making C&H more than a comic strip, that's why no movies, shows, toys, dolls, t shirts etc. Pretty sure those stickers are bootleg and are an affront to the creator

Yes. But unless you're Calvin, time machines are expensive. And his sent him back too far to get the deal, so ymmv at best.

It's super heavy. The set of 3 books is 23.4 lbs. High quality binding and art paper, not regular paper

If you're wondering how I know, I bought this on prime day for $99 and have the shipping box still. Bonkman jr and I have been reading it almost every night since. Worth every penny.

Who gets upset? I've never heard that. If someone has one of those stickers it just makes them look like an idiot. I actually haven't seen one of those in probably a decade though.

Anyways I love Calvin and Hobbes. Great memories being 12 years old and checking endless copies out from the school library.
