This is a pretty good deal from Verizon. This offer expires on 12/2. > QA note: Offer extended

https://www.verizonwireless.com

Get up to 4 iPhone 16 Pro 128Gb free via bill credits over 36 months after trading in any Apple, Google, or Samsung phone with any new myPlan Unlimited line. This includes the cheapest and lowest tier Unlimited Welcome. For 4 lines it works out to be $120+taxes and fees with a debit card autopay.

Terms: "$999.99 (128 GB only) purchase w/new smartphone line on Unlimited Ultimate, postpaid Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Welcome plan (min. $65/mo w/Auto Pay (+taxes/fees) for 36 mos) req'd per phone. Less $1,000 trade-in/promo credit applied over 36 mos. per phone; promo credit ends if eligibility req's are no longer met; 0% APR. Trade-in must be from Apple, Google or Samsung; trade-in terms apply. Apple Intelligence is available with Siri and device language set to U.S. English. Some features and languages will be coming over the next year."

In addition you can recieve a $300 Verizon gift card that will appear as a popup during checkout.

Terms: "Get a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card on us, when you complete the smartphone purchase from your cart. You'll be able to redeem a $300 Verizon e-Gift Card in My Verizon or vzw.com/myverizon after placing your order. You must submit for redemption within 60 days of order. Your reward will be sent via email within 8 weeks after receipt and validation of claim to the submitted email address. If service is canceled or device is returned, claim will be invalid. We reserve the right to charge the amount of the Verizon e-Gift Card to your Verizon Wireless account if, within 12 months, service is canceled, price plan changes from an eligible unlimited plan, or the line is connected to a device payment plan regardless of whether the new device is activated. A suspension without billing will add the time you are suspended to your 12 month chargeback window. Add'l terms apply."

Verizon devices auto unlock after 60 days.

Due to repeated questions in the thread here are additional details.

The $300 Verizon GC offer is tied to purchasing a smartphone online. You are eligible to claim this offer for every order transaction regardless if you are placing an order for 1 phone/line or 10 phones/lines.

The $200 Verizon GC offer folks have been receiving via sales chat/phone is a switch promotion. I am not able to find the terms for this offer but in the past this has been an available offer which requires you to port in from a non Verizon carrier that includes the various Verizon prepaids and MNVOs.

To my knowledge these Verizon GC offers have 12 month service terms or you will be charged back "claw back"

There are currently 2 separate iPhone 16 offers.
- the offer in this post which involves the trade in of any Apple, Google, and Samsung device for $1000 in bill credits with new lines
- no trade in required to receive $1000/$820/$640 in bill credits with new lines for the Ultimate/Plus/Welcome plans respectively

When you add the phone to the cart you must choose the right offer otherwise you will not go through the workflow with the step to add a trade in.

In addition if you enter a non Apple, Google, or Samsung device during the trade in you will receive the actual value of the device, including $0 if its older to be recycled, AND you'll be defaulted to the non trade in promotion.

This is the reason at checkout some people are seeing $10/month or $5/month because they've selected the Welcome or Plus plan respectively and the non trade in offer has been applied.

There have also been a lot of "can I trade in XXX phone?".
The terms state you can trade in ANY Apple, Google, or Samsung phone in any condition. In my experience the any condition is intentionally meant to covered cracked screens and aesthetic damages. The device should turn on and function well enough that the IMEI can be retrieved and have no swelling/damaged battery (for safe handling reasons). Regarding any phone from the 3 manufacturers the process is constrained by the system and the list of devices/imei in its database. Be reasonable and don't expect extremely obscure or foreign region only devices to come up.

You can determine for yourself if a device qualifies for the $1000 by going through the online order process. You will need to enter the IMEI so you must have the device in hand. If you are not getting the $1000 value then you likely have not selected the right offer when adding the phone to the cart or your device is too obscure. I've attached screenshots of 2 devices that have been inquired about (A03 and 5c) showing the $1000 trade in amount.

Does anyone still not have their phones shipped out? I ordered 4 phones on Black Friday and still no shipping info.

Got an email saying order completed after they verified my identity and it's been radio silence for 6 days.

It is a very, very long time! I just broke free from my ATT 36mo credit promo. Never again.
It's not that bad..unless you're the type to get a new phone every year. And Verizon automatically unlocks phone after 60 days so you can use it to travel.

I asked them today to ADD to my existing acct for $30 per line with free phone and they said I can add 3 for $90 more. No GC but pro 16 is free and $30 per line.

I might do it as I worked the math out and seems alright since it's adding to my acct and no trade in.

Here's the answer everyone is looking for: use the offer code "300CARTOFFER24" to submit your $300 rebate (for those who ordered online)

I am new to Verizon. We want to move 4 T-Mobile lines to Verizon.
How can I place order to get 120$ service for 4 lines? I mean to say which Service Plan I need to choose to get 120$ (will do Tradein and wants to get 16pro) ?

When you are ordering 4 lines in one order and pop up of 300$ gift card applies only one time ? But not every line get 300$ card as all 4 lines in one order. Am I missing anything?
Someone please help.

For me the $300 still shows up to add a line to my existing account , so I'm assuming it would be done that way , and after adding four phones to the same plan it would eventually pro - rate to the $120 / month.
Does it work. Adding 1 line at a time? And getting 3-4 $300 GC?

I'm not sure, I have not been able to do it because my order has not shipped, and you can't place a new order while you have an existing pending order.

I have the same issue. Talked to customer service and one of the phone colors (white titanium) is backordered. Says estimated ship date is the 20th. The rep who placed the order didn't select split shipment so I have to wait for that single phone to be available again then they will ship the whole order.

Hello,
Is there any Verizon rep in here or how can I get this issue fixed.
I placed my order via chat with the following deal.
5 unlimited welcome plan ($27/line/month)
5 iPhone 16 Pro Max for $5 extra/line/month)
The rep ask for ZIP code to calculate all the number after tax.
The issue is I don't have all my IMEI number at the time of the order. The rep said he will put the note in my order, when I have all my IMEI number just contact them back to process the trade in to get the $1000 trade in credit.
I know received my phone and have all my trade in IMEI. But when contact them, they transfer and transfer around and said that there was no promotion for the iPhone 16 Pro Max and I already got the promotion on my account and can't process it.
The thing is with Verizon chat, when you click the link they provided, you will be disconnect with the rep, you also can't select the text to copy or save/sent the chat transcript. So I don't have anything that the rep told me.
I haven't unbox any phone yet and have not using them in anyway.
Is there any way, any dept that can help me fix this issue?
Thank you,

Thank you,
After logging in to the verizon account. Can you try to search for tradein word and use the tradein option to start a tradein. Before submitting please verify how much tradein credit amount is showing up. Ideally it would show $1000. I recently had to change the imei for 1 phone where the representative removed that tradein and i was able to add it again using above steps.

Any idea whats the taxes per line on the Welcome. I see the projected bill shows approx $9. Isnt tax supposed to be applied only on line and not on device payment. $9 on a $27 line is absurd.. 30% tax!!
Google Verizon estimate bill. It shows about 24% + $4 fixed per line in Florida. Ridiculous!

Since no one pays for long distance anymore, you can always switch your area code to a state with lower wireless taxes. This lists Idaho, Montana and Nevada as the lowest states.

Do you happen to know for how long this deal will remain active? My ATT lines are up for renewal at the end of this month so I wanted to understand if I could wait till then...

just checked my first bill which does not include the autopay discounts, the bill was generated the day after I made the purchase so there was very little time to set it up to get the discounts for the first month. And even if you setup it up before the bill is generated, it could still take 1 or 2 billing cycles to settle in. I am complaining this to customer service but they are not willing to make any adjustments.
So expect to pay $40 extra for the first one or two months.🫠
