I had 200 off 400 on my csr. I probably spend 1k a year at backcountry
Allbirds BF sale can be stacked with "Blake15" 15% coupon and potentially 20% CB from popular site. Shipping is free.

I have CSP and only had the $50 off $125 Just purchased 2 pairs and a shoe bag for $127.50 pre tax. Hoping the CB brings it down to $102

With all the reported payment splitting, is it best to buy gift cards instead?
I don't think it's anything malicious. I used to buy from Backcountry a lot. I think they simply split the payments if the items are shipped at different times.

My charges were split. I called backcountry, and they assured me these authorizations would fall off and be recharged as a single charge.

Has this been anyone's experience? Has anyone discussed with chase?

Transaction split, no longer making the $150 on either end of the split. Hopefully the $50 credit will still go through otherwise it'll be a headache -_-.

Called chase. Rep raised an internal ticket to bundle these charges together.

Same! Got some xmas gifts off the list. I reread the offer to make sure, thinking there was a catch to the offer. Great offer. I only wish BC had the Birkenstock clogs that my son asked for Frown

Don't forget to use UR Portal (Shop through Chase) to get an extra 4pts/$ spent!
But other portals may be better.

The $50 off $150 purchase is on the 'Preferred' card. The $200 should be on the Chase Sapphire 'Reserve' card.

When did the Patagonia credit reflect ? As in did it reflect alongside the regular credit card 1-5% points when the transaction settles or during statement generation

Purchase was 11/4, got email saying chase offer was redeemed on 11/7.

Backcountry split my payments in 2, called chase and they said they cant combine it or do anything with it. Its up to the merchant to report it in one transaction. I then called Backcountry and they are giving troubles as well combining the payment for whatever bullshit reason.

Anyone else having issues? This seems like a PITA scam from backcountry if u ask me.

In the offer details on Chase website, it acknowledges there may be 2 transactions but instructs customer to call # on back of card for assistance (which implies Chase will fix?)

Yep, it feels implied yet when I called they said talk to the merchant. Some people did have luck and escalated it with chase as well. Seems like just depends on the agent helping you Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

Chase Reserve offered $200 off $400.

Did a great looking Black Diamond shell ($400) + a water bottle pouch for my bag + 2 pairs of Darn Tough Socks. They offered a 20% off teacher discount, bringing it to $418 after tax.

I was shopping in the $150-200 range for a jacket, so getting a $400 one at that range is quite the slick deal.
