Is anyone else having issues with the redeem from Chase? I added it on my account before ordering on backcountry but its no longer showing on my account. It just disappeared and not even showing that I redeemed the offer and the offer is no longer there either…. I called Chase and asked about this but they are saying they have no records of this offer at all at chase and I didn't redeem anything which is crazy.
I specifically redeemed the offer to make a purchase…

The chase offers usually do this. You will get notification and it will show up later.
My charges appear as 2 separate charges on 12/2/24. I plan to call Chase if my credit doesn't show up after 14 days per the Chase Offer disclaimer. I will leave an update here after that happens.
UPDATE: I have not received credit for my $400 purchase that was split into 2 charges by Backcountry on 12/2/24, both posted to account on 12/3/24. I called Chase today (12/19/24). Chase said I have to wait 14 BUSINESS days (even tho I pointed out the Chase Offer says "14 days") from when the charge POSTED. So now I have to wait until 12/23/24 to call back. Per CSR customer service specialist: "we haven't had any issues with the Backcountry Chase Offer going through after 14 business days" 🧐🧐🧐 (they had that response locked and loaded… hmm…). Basically she reassured me there wouldn't be an issue…. I said "… I will probably be calling back on 12/23/24"…. I hope I'm wrong

Same exact response I got when calling Chase. Only difference is that my 14 "business" days concludes tomorrow 12/20. I'll report back tomorrow on whether I finally get the cash back or if I ended up having to call again.
Called again today (12/24/24). CSR rep opened a ticket and told me "rest assured you will get the $200 credit within 10 business days"
Yup, I had to do the same thing as nothing posted after the 14 business day window that I was given and was told that this is an ongoing issue and to rest assured that I won't have to call again as I will get credited within 10 business days.
I have not used the offer yet but it has disappeared , I was about to use it around 3pm PST, so was definitely there but decided to wait until I got home and kw it's gone? Anyone had this happen?

Nope, still nothing. I'm beginning to think I'm getting the runaround.
If I don't get anything by the middle of next week I'll call again and make a big fuss. I haven't really gotten irate yet . In my past experiences with this sort of thing with Chase, I've noticed that when you start to make a big stink they typically will relent and refund. I've been patient up to now but next call is going to be me raising hell.
I'll update next week. Please share your experience as well if you don't mind.
Called again. Was told that due to "high volume of tickets opened pertaining to this issue, the expected turnaround of 10 business days was not able to be met". The ?good news is my ticket is still open/pending (not rejected). The bad news is they don't know how long it will take. I was told to call again in 5 business days from the last ticket update (1/10/25), so I'll probably call again on Friday.
