I care and I don't get paid by SD. I work very hard to find good deals for the people in this wonderful community. Take your toxicity elsewhere. This is not the place for it.

Thumbs down.
I have $50 off $150.
I don't have to spend anything. I got a $0 off $0 in my CSP.

Yes, I made the purchase, but it's not appearing in either the redeemed or expired tabs.
Same for me. Offers are gone.

Don't freak out yet. I noticed this happens in the weird time after the offer is triggered (you made a purchase) but before the system sends out notices (a few days later) that you redeemed the offer. It seems like Chase's offer system kinda just sucks overall compared to Amex's. This same thing happened to me using an OfficeDepot offer, but it redeemed fine a few days later.
Hope that's the case. Chase is definitely not so easy to work with compared to Amex.

Agreed...I hope it's the case as well. FWIW, I've never had an offer just plain "disappear" before and I've been doing these a long time.

Same for me too on my CSR (I mentioned this a number of posts back). I also had an issue where the offer appeared on another card, SW Business, but then disappeared the next day before I could use it. The one I did use on 12/1, on my CSR, disappeared a few days after I used it. The offer does not appear in my redeemed or active offers. I'm waiting to see how this plays out but I'll be returning everything if the $200/$400 doesn't go through.

Also, as mentioned by someone else, I see a pending credit for the full amount. The actual charge has gone through though. I suspect that the credit will fall off as it is just pending.

My order was also split to $396 and $60. When is the Chase offset supposed to be posted so I can check if it worked?
In small font they clearly said you need to contact customer service and only the first transaction will be count.

My experience: I "added" the offer for CSR a day or two back. When others recently mentioned it disappeared from their account, I just checked and mine still shows up as "Added".

So I just went to check out with 4 items totaling about $480 after tax and after a 15% coupon I used from signing up for emails. But for some reason it was showing no way to get free shipping despite being over the $50 threshold. So I chatted with support while in checkout and they manually recreated the cart for me and gave a link for me to pay the total in the chatbox.

A few things:
1). When customer service applied my 15% coupon it reduced my total to $430 after tax (because it appears to have applied to a couple items that had told me were "inelligible for the coupon" when it was me checking out myself from the cart.
2). I asked and they confirmed that they would make sure the transaction was processed altogether as 1 transaction rather than splitting into multiple.
3). I was intending to get 4% cb from reekeuoteen, but their fine print seems to say it won't work if order is placed by one of ther "gearheads"/support. No big deal to me as it confirms I get it in 1 single transaction.

Just sharing in case helpful to anyone else.

Still shows up as "added" in my offers. I have $50 off $150 on regular sapphire. And $200 off $400 on Sapphire reserve

Make sure you screen shot with your account number showing. Just in case.

I had an issue with a Chase offer - 10% off an order which the merchant split 1 order into multiple charges. I called Chase CS like fine print said and they took the info. Got a letter from Chase after a few days denying me.

I wrote up short letter detailing the charges, included invoice, and uploaded as secure message to Chase. They then honored it.

The rep I spoke with didn't seem familiar with what I was talking about and I doubt got the information correct.

How did you send the secure message to Chase? I'm anticipating having to do this. I called Chase and they said their research team will mail me in a few days, but it sounds like I'll just get denied.

I just noticed the same issue on my transaction $384.54 + $26.69. Since I just made my purchase late in the evening, I just sent them an email communication to see if they can re-combine the transactions. If that doesn't work, I'll try calling them tomorrow morning. Thanks.

I ended up calling them and they worked with the accounting department. They will recharge the full amount into one transaction and refund the multiple transactions. I will keep you guys updated if this is done right and if I receive my $200 chase credit afterwards.

Backcountry split my orders as well. Just got off the phone with both Chase and Backcountry. What an absolute cluster. Neither is backing down and willing to do anything. Sounds like a complete waste of time and money. Going to return everything. Chase said it'll take 14 business days to examine, then an additional 10 business days to mail a physical letter announcing their decision. Business days. So over a month, outside the return window for Backcountry. What a joke. It's all going back.

Yeah I'm just going to move my banking to Amex. Chase service is extremely bad and their offers frequently have issues.

Thanks, OP. I ordered a Big Agnes Bunk House and some other gear. They reduced the price of the tent by 20% (over the already big discount, ) by 20% because I left it in my cart overnight. $800 + of gear at retail for $250 or so.
