I did call, they just put me in the 10-14 business days thing. It just showed up as credit on my statement, no secure messages or email

I ordered on December 5th and they did not split order and $200 credit posted on the 9th. All of my items also shipped in the same order.

Wondering how long it took everyone for Backcountry to charge the credit card? I made the purchase the night of 12/23 and still don't see a pending charge on my Chase account

I also got split charges and was denied twice. My order was placed on Dec 3rd, called in, got escalated to a specialist, then received a letter 2 weeks letter saying I did not qualify. Called them again (US number), sent them a screenshot of the order, and got denied again.

Does anyone know how to escalate this further?

One of the things my CSR representative noted was that I added the offer prior to the purchase the next day and that both added up to over $400 and I would be covered.

Split purchase from 12/3 and 12/4. Called chase yesterday and they are escalating a ticket. The rep seemed to be aware of the backcountry issue. They asked me to wait another 7-10 business days for a response.

purchased 2 x $200 eGC late last night and received both codes this morning. charge is pending for $400. for those using a GC, make sure to compare the price on steep and cheap before buying.
