12/3 - split transactions for $327 and $250
12/8 - called in. Rep initially told me to wait longer but I asked her to create a ticket based on what I read in this thread at the time.
12/19 - received a secure online letter. Letter says "Please allow 14 business days after the qualifying transactions post to the account."
12/20 - Credit shows up in my account "12/20/2024 Offer:Backcountry Fees & adjustments −$200.00".
12/23 - noticed the credit when getting ready to call again =)
It doesn't sound to me like the ticket changed anything but I did get a response 1 day before the credit so maybe it was related
I still have the Backcountry offer showing as available and unredeemed so it feels like this is a manual credit as opposed to actually getting the offer to apply. It is a bit tempting to try another >$400 single item order but I've already wasted so much time calling and reading this thread so I'm not sure if I want to continue...
My 15% cashback is still pending so hopefully that goes through as well.
Same story here, was hoping to give some items as Xmas presents but not risking it anymore. Chase reps won't escalate until 14 business days even though I point out all my other offers clear in 3-5 days.

Both Chase and Backcountry are responsible for properly running their marketing campaigns.
Nice. Looks like you have to manually request it if your payment was split. Did you call or send a secure message?
