Good price. I personally like the "pistol" style inflator more which I also use as a dust blower. Big Grin

I have that model too. How do you do that? Have to insert any tool or something in the end?

Duty cycle is only 5 min on / 5 min off

Milwaukee m18, DeWalt 20v are pricier but have better duty cycle.

Is this more advantageous than portable power bank battery with built-in tire inflator (which seems to be quite convenient)?

My cousin had 2 portable ones and the battery doesn't last enough to fill tires for few psi anymore. This is a complete different animal since it uses the ryobi line batteries, which you know it won't degrade for a long time. Get this if you need one. It's a deal if you have batteries already.

Wait what? It's been at this price for almost a month a HD. This is certainly a repost (maybe it was OOS).

For sure - I've had it in my cart since Black Friday, so it's been this price for at least a month, if not longer. Still a very good price for what it is, but essentially the normal "sale" price.

The "pistol" style is okay, but underpowered. I bought two of them and carry one in my emergency road kit. Also have a similar one that is Hart branded, which is a step up from the Ryobi. Wonder if they made any improvements with these....

I guess it depends on why you are buying it. I have a pancake style compressor I can use to fill a completely empty tire. I use this thing to top my tires off which it's great for and I don't have to lug the compressor out. Its pretty rare I'm completely filling a car tire from empty.

Isn't the pistol-style one a "high volume, low pressure" inflator for air mattresses as opposed to tires?

I have this, and I don't recommend it at all. You have to hold down the trigger while the motor is banging next to your ear. It also gets hot also.

Just bought the high pressure inflator one to replace it.
