High volume/low pressure: This is good for things like air mattresses and inflatable toys. These ones do not even come with a valve to screw on to a tire. The end is a black plastic tip. Ryobi's model of this is a pistol grip and maybe what the person talking about a mini blower is using. Ryobi used to make a pistol grip high pressure/low volume inflator for tires but they discontinued it.
Dual: This does both low pressure and high pressure. As someone indicated earlier, this is on sale at Home Depot for $39.97.
I don't know the speed of inflation on the dual model versus the high pressure model, but I do know that the high pressure model on this post has a 5-minute on / 5-minute off duty cycle, whereas the dual is a 10-minute on/10-minute off. Having had the old dual before I burnt it out from not listening to this guidance, I will say that sometimes I needed 5 to 10 minutes to inflate a tire, so the longer duty cycle might mean not having to deal with the wait period of the high pressure.
This old image should add more clarity (I can't find an updated one), but bear in mind that the first item in this image has been replaced with the posted deal at hand. Same points still apply though.

Milwaukee m18, DeWalt 20v are pricier but have better duty cycle.

Looks like the 18V ONE+ DUAL FUNCTION DIGITAL INFLATOR/DEFLATOR is currently $40 (or 43% off) as well. Trying to find out the duty cycle of this one compared to the OP.

Just bought the high pressure inflator one to replace it.
Edit to mention that there is no cord organization on the pistol style either which is annoying.
It's super impressive, inflates my SUV tires very quickly.
