For those curious this is 100% honey according to the ingredient list which only lists honey. There was a controversy if memory serves quite awhile back but since then there hasn't been a single peep that nate's honey is anything but blended honey. Also for those worried about pesticides and the like an influencer sent some off to an "EPA certified" lab for testing in 24 and they found no contamination. For the last several years this has been my go-to honey to purchase when it is in stock at this sort of price (remember honey doesn't go bad.)

Raw honey is not heated or filtered, preserving more natural enzymes and antioxidants. The pasteurization and filtration processes can remove bee pollen, bee propolis, vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids, antioxidants and other substances that provide nutritional benefits.

You may be thinking about Manuka honey. Raw honey is unpasteurized, so it preserves the vitamins and enzymes. Just remember when adding to hot tea, let the tea cool down a bit or else you'll just pasteurize the raw honey.

Anything that says "blended" even if it only lists honey, is NOT going to be 100% honey. This has been proven.

Because for 100% honey that is blended it is a mixture (otherwise known as a blend) of two or more honeys differing in floral source, color, flavor, density or geographic origin but it's all honey. Much like blended scotch vs single malt scotch are both still Scotch Whisky.

While *SOME* honeys that are listed as blended (but aren't 100% honey) are mixed with corn syrup or the like, honeys like this are blended *source* honey, but it's still 100% honey (at least in theory, I'm not a research lab.)
