I did the trade in at the store yesterday with the G Play 2024 with the sim card inside. I had set it up past all the screens w/o any configuration. Rep processed the tradein and at the end she factory reseted it to the front Welcome screen.

That is a hard no unfortunately. They are "billed separately". Sure they are side by side online with the same login and processed by the same person, but....

Would love to be wrong here as I have credits from s25 to s25+ x2 and would prefer back to my CC (upgrades in store) or even to use as internet credit. If there is an easy way to do this, I am all ears. Hate to leave US Mobile as likely their priority on Verizon is unmatched, but given one line is free and the other wouldn't have a bill for months, might have to move numbers over for awhile. I didn't port number or have data moved over as I didn't want to take more of someone's time in store or make the wonderful "upgrade" process complicated.

Hello! Looks like I ran into the same case. I have four lines with trade in . I tried to trade s25 for s25 plus. Rep couldn't complete it and suggested me to contact customer service over phone. Was it the same case with you?

Yes, same. He even showed me the msg on the screen. At first, it seemed he did not want to do it, but when I said open line, he was kind of ready. I wonder if they have something to flag account manually ?

I traded in online and right now I am in the Assessment stage. I received S25 last Monday, but decided to not activate it until Assurant approves my old device. I wonder if this will cause any delay in the process?

I went to store to upgrade my 2 lines yesterday, I was told that phone can only be shipped to my house and process as online order. I went home and did s25 ($799.99*1.08) to s25 (- $1088), website had no problem placing the orders, I had to pay extra $64 on tax per order verse doing it at store, but it is still profit.

If the credits are already in your account from the trades, just call Spectrum and they will issue a credit to your credit card. Will settle in a couple of days.

Dropped 2 devices at UPS on 2/24, were delivered 2/25 morning, received credit for 1 device today 2/26 morning. No update on other device. Spectrum trade-in tracking still says they are waiting for it to be shipped so no update there yet.

Did you use the QR code and have them pack the phones or did you use your own box and shipping label. Shipping page makes you choose one or the other. Thanks
