If you are looking for something that can charge your laptop, I would recommend the following for ~$25 + tax, which I use regularly and it works amazingly well at simultaneously charging both my laptop and phone:

You're correct, it appears that each port supports a max of 45W. Looks like reviews are saying it will work for laptops too just at a slower speed.
