Tmobile trade-in these days is useless. Go5G may get some benefits but if we can wait a little Samsung gives better price than TMobile. You will get it for less than $700 for Ultra without any trades unlocked.

24 months is better than 36 months other carries do now. However, I am absolutely sure I'll stay with them for 2 years when I have unlimited everything on 7 lines for $130/mo, not getting fleeced at all.

I would keep in mind that since the S23 series, Samsung deals haven't been as good. I kept track of S24U and even 2 weeks ago, it was on the FP of SD for ~$770.

https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/1049727

In October 2024, there was a "popular" deal on SD for the regular S24 via Amazon and it was still $600:

https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/fp/1007514

The best deals on the Samsung website are for the Ultra and with EDU, so not everyone will qualify. The phone in OPs post is the regular S25.

Unless Samsung does something drastically different from the last 2 releases, I don't think the price will drop that much. It seems like they're trying more and more each year to be comparable to Apple in the US, which means keeping their prices at a "premium" level.

The days of upgrading at release for $100-$200 + freebies seem to be over, which is a huge bummer.

Another thing to note for anyone not getting all the discounts and free accessories... I noticed I wasn't getting all the discounts when I first tried to do the deal, but after chatting with customer service I found out that my EPP didn't work anymore even though I had it before. Turns out I needed to create a new account with my work or school e-mail address. After doing that it worked perfectly.
EPP is from T-mobile account?

I know this is kind of annoying, but I get such a ridiculous deal on T-mobile that there's basically zero chance I switch unless they force us to change plans (which would negate any kind of contract anyways).
What if they just keep leaking your pii?

This is only for people who want S25 but not for Ultra as Samsung trade in gives very good value for Ultra.
People like phones where they can chose their own grotesque fonts and default messaging tool is SMS. Duh. /s

I have simple choice, but could not make it work.
At the point where it asks to provide t-mobile credentials, I get this error
"T-Mobile doesn't support your account type on Samsung.com. Please see the non-supported account types listed on the page. If you have an Individual account and believe you should not have received this error, you can contact T-Mobile Care to confirm/change your account type to supported type such as Individual – Regular and then return to Samsung.com. OR if you don't want to change your account type, please select T-Mobile device with Samsung offers and a payment option other than T-Mobile Equipment Installment program. Continue by starting over."
Did you face this issue?
I didn't run into this. I was able to log into my Tmobile account during checkout on Samsung.com. Once logged in, it gave me two options to choose from: keep existing simple choice plan or upgrade to Go plan (something like that, don't remember the exact wordings). I chose to keep my Simple Choice plan. After that, entered payment info, signed Tmobile agreement for credit installments and done.

I traded in my Note 20 Ultra 5G and was already on the 5G Next plan or whatever. Their promo said my trade-in was worth $1000 under the trade promo. I'll be paying about $17/mo. for the S25 Ultra with 512GB. Not sure if I optimized, but considering I'm unlikely to leave T-Mobile (been with them almost 20yrs, I think), it doesn't feel like I got fleeced.
Yup.. just did it for 2 phones on a single plan. an Note 20 ultra and a note 10 each got 1k so 2k total. Did it from the samsung site and got the free memory upgrade and got 15% from cb. I really didn't need to upgrade but hey near free phone? no brainer.

I am trying to buy S25 Ultra. On first page where we select phone color/storage etc. At bottom of that page price of galaxy Buds 3 Pro is shown as $19.99 (after bundle and promotional discount). After I add this to cart and go to final page it's price changes to $119.99. The bundle discount of $100 is removed from final total. It's only happening with buds 3 pro. I have tried to add other products and bundle discount stays for those products. Anyone else is having this issue?

256GB is a low amount of storage? Why can't you just get pay for google drive for additional storage?

EPP is a samsung thing. The only part of this deal that's related to T-mobile is the trade-in which gives you $500 for phones as old as S10s.
