its always a "deal" when it goes on sale for $9-10 posted regularly here.

Not available online, and according to that display was supposed to end back in December. I'm guessing it's a black Friday promo someone forgot to take down in that particular store.

The closest thing like this that I recently came across is the Olight Ostation X (https://www.olight.com/store/osta...ry-charger). While it's a neat product, that price is pretty eye watering...

I used to laugh at these battery organizers. Until I got one a couple years ago on a slick deal. Now I think it's one of the most useful things I've bought.

I would prefer less room taken up by C & D cells and more ways to organize coin and small batteries as used for home automation devices, but it would be difficult to store those in a way that makes sure they can't touch each other (a fire hazard).
