Disregard the naysayers. This is an awesome display. Under 400 is a steal.

This looks like it should be a good monitor. Especially if you use a service remote (or app) to disable the pop-ups that (apparently) happen when the monitor comes back from being powered down. I don't have an employer to get the discount but AAA has a partnership with Samsung that got it for me. Easy search for "samsung aaa deals" will find it.

I was looking at this when it was at Bestbuy for 389 and couldn't pull the trigger before....

My current monitor is having a problem, but it's not dead yet. Kinda waiting until it really croaks then it's an easy explain to the Mrs.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez? Depends on the number of dimming zones. No way is a 4k. Not to mention it's half the size
Hurr durr. AOC brand sells monitors with a good 3 year warranty. Unfortunately it only has around 500 dimming zones, but they're coming out with a 1K+ dimming zone version.

I have been a long time user of 27" qhd and certainly appreciate 110ppi on them, as it seems to be just perfect. Recently I got a 34" curved ultrawide for work, and love it - same resolution as QHD (3440x1440) and same ppi... I am currently looking for productivity monitor and have explored 32" flat 4k monitor, 32" 4k qd-oled curved (alienware) and one thing is for sure - 21:9 format is MUCH BETTER for any type of productivity and a curved monitor is a must for anything bigger 32" and up, especially if you go ultrawide.
Now about 43" - I looked into this one as well, and for some $380 is a great compromise as it is not super expensive, but sure enough, many wil regret this size due to 2 issues guaranteed: 1) ppi is something to plan for and ensure you are at least 4ft away from it and 2) you will have neck strain due to flatness of the screen...
PS If you wait longer, this monitor will drop in price even more, because NO ONE is buying them... and Samsung is lowering the price until they sell of all stock they have...
