PSA: Be careful if you're scheduled to pickup on Friday. The activation timer may starts on Friday but the CS aren't availble on weekends, which means you only have whatever hours left on Friday to attempt cancelling the line.

Nothing to add about this deal, but I got this phone a couple months ago and I have to say it's the best phone I've ever used. My wife got a Iphone 16 pro max and the camera on the Pixel 9 pro XL puts it to shame - especially when zoomed in. And the battery is usually around 40% when I go to bed at night after heavy use all day.

So if you're on the fence about this phone, don't be - you'll love it!

The line would be marked cancelled and no activation fee needed but as I pointed to the one plus thread in most cases they will send you a bill later on with the charges for which you will have to charge and get them waived.

I have been doing similar deals with Walmart. When I ported out, the $35 activation is still there and also charge for 1 to 3 days of service. When I call in to cancel, I only pay 1 to 3 days of service. I have 5 lines with them.

Yup, the process should be the same. I can't vouch for it personally as I do these with ATT but many here have done essentially the same thing.

FYI, the Google store $200 off for pixel 9 pro/xl runs through 03/29 so I expect this deal to be there till then unless BB runs out of stock or decides on less carrier discount etc.
