Picked up at store then registered my phone online and chatted with the live agent to disconnect service same day today, now my final bill is $7.04 can't beat that😁
On the other hand, I got a msg from ATT that there is a problem with my port info.
Also when I trying signing up to ATT profile it's not going in

Here how I did: you popped in the sim card and turn on the phone then it will pop up the phone number, write it down. Then go to Verizon online to register your account with that phone number, after finishing your registration tap on the live chat link/button at the low right corner to chat with the live agent and ask he/she to disconnect your service today. After that, refresh your screen then you'll see your final bill. Good luck!
First order for local pickup porting GV to ATT couldn't activate, manager at store tried to help but after an hour on phone w/ATT couldn't get it to activate. Said to try ordering again but ship to home. But trade-in requires in-store pickup. Store wouldn't give me the $200 bonus to trade in credit.
Tried a few more times for delivery to store, Verizon now apparently lets you get new number w/online order, no porting required, but those orders are also getting cancelled.
