Anyone know when this change went into effect?
All $50 on Target giftcards did not work to earn the $50 in rewards. My question is, what is the minimum that must be paid with the Target circle debit card and the maximum that can be paid with Target giftcards to qualify for the $50 in reward?
Did this qualify for the $50 crcle rewad offer after spending $50 on a Target circle card?
