Just okay if you don't plan on using them hard or often. The set is sold as-is with no warranty, except for the 30-day return policy from Amazon. I bought a Husky set around Christmas for a similar price, plus easy in-store replacements. 🤷🏽 ♂️

It depends. Either one works well for Suzuki. Working on Ducati I really wish I had the extended one so I could stab myself in the heart and stop the suffering. Zero doesn't even require the extension most of the time.

Pretty sure this would cover most anyone's Torx needs. Of course, my Torx demands are not this high. But if they were, I'd buy this set. Nice. Good price.

I wish it was the extended torx bit version. The one with the longer bit shoved into a socket.

Seems most ppl working on motorcycles prefer those. The issue is it seems like it's much harder to use a normal socket extension in many cases where torx is used. Do most people find you need an extended torx bit style or does a typical ratchet extension tend to work just fine for tight confined spaces like sport bikes?

I need to look up if I need ball torx or regular as well.

Anyone know what Japanese manufacturers tend to use? There's so many torx now as well as non-Torx fasteners with a torx-like style & security torx etc etc it's crazy

Japanese bikes still tend to use normal people hex or socket cap (allen) fasteners. It's the Euros who screw everything up with 13mm whatnots and torx. Most of the time you can get away with a extension if needed.

What do you find yourself working on with zeros most often? Besides wear items I suppose? Are they pretty reliable? Electric vehicles seem generally pretty ridiculously reliable, especially if you don't have software or battery issues

Just wear items. Rest of the work is self inflicted like running wiring for permanently mounted cameras instead of endlessly messing with gopro batteries.

Only real issue I had with the bike is few cells on battery went bad. Got replaced under warranty by an excellent local mechanic that works with Zeros.

Minus the Etorx coverage which is hard to find in a $20 kit.

I purchased this kit a few years ago since I had to work on a 2014 buick. Etorx everywhere. This has covered my needs well. Overall happy with it and the case is nice.

I have had this set since March 2018. I have beat the hell out of certain sockets while working on our German cars... This set will complete most of what you will need, and the quality is stellar. If it was rebranded to something from a tool truck, you would never know. My most used bits have no wear whatsoever. Highly recommended and a no brainer at this price. I paid $10 more 7 years ago.

They're not identical: there's minor cosmetic differences, but more importantly the listed COO of this is China vs Neiko's Taiwan. Granted, COOs listed on Amazon are not always accurate
