What the heck does needing a keywork even mean? The last text I received says once your purchase is verified, we'll let you know and then it lists a submission ID#

I resubmitted twice before it went through. I have a Submission ID and waiting for approval. This process sucks ! If I would have known how cumbersome it is for a lousy $4, I would have passed !!

I just got denied. "Product was not purchased in authorized state." I guess no luck for California?

Keyword is the word you send initially to trigger the automated system. Which should be "MUG25" in this case.

EDIT: I know the date doesn't match with current promotion, but I'm guessing the Valid states list still applies. I was rejected for invalid state as well.

* US only. Valid in RI, IA, WA, MS, TX, CT, GA, TN, VA, SC. Mobile texting required. Text MUG25 to 737-377-3774. Submit receipt by 3/31/25. Limit one rebate per person. Must submit PayPal/Venmo for payment. Reimbursement up to $4.00.

Well I haven't gotten anything (yet) saying that my rebate was denied but this sounds like a bunch of crap. Like others here mentioned where the heck does it list out what states are excluded? I see someone mentioned CA but where is the list.

Thank you for posting a link of the states. I really wish I would've known what the states were as I'm not in one of them and would not have bought the (2) liter had I known.
