It should power and charge up the power bank without a doubt, when you are bored just sitting there and cranking for awhile should easily get you a few % points, same with the built in solar panel. They say that two rotations is enough to keep the LED lights going for a few seconds. So in short not a long term solution unless you leave the battery bank outside in the sun all day to recharge.

This is the one I found with the hand crank as well as all the other options you could think off, for a survival situtation this looks like a winner if it all works as advertised. Also if you take all the coupons the 15% off and the 10% it comes to be about $45 and even has a today delivery for my area for the orange one.

Seems like for double the capacity, wireless charging, built in cables, solar charging, led and emergency lights, and the hand crank not a bad deal at all for an emergency situation.

Solar charging capability seems to be all over the place. Description says "A full day of sunlight can charge it up to a maximum of 8000mAh." -- needs 3+ days of charging to "full". People in reviews say "foggy sky =~ 6% of charge in two hours" (8 hour non-stop charging = 24%, 4 days to fully charge). Plus efficiency drops if panel gets too hot. This is more of a "I got stuck without ANY power so tiny bit from solar is a back-up to call for help" thing versus "use solar to charge my phone every day"

If this isn't lifepo4 battery, I'm out. Solar charging right on the battery will require lifepo4 chemistry. Otherwise the battery will crap out in a year or so if you are solar charging.

The full day of sunlight for a maximum 8000mah is roughly correct, with some exceptions. First, direct sunlight, so you have to constantly adjust the postioning of the panel, second, any clouds/shade will affect charging capabilities, third, the panel will get hot very fast, so efficiency will also drop very fast. Assume roughly 5000 mah or less per day given all of the above conditions. The solar panel portion of it is also only this good due to the size of the panels included, most powerbanks have a significantly smaller panel (1 panel vs 4 on this bank)
Pretend I got lost in the woods. Phone battery is dead. So is watch battery.
What if I just needed enough juice to power on my iPhone 16 to send a text message via the satellite feature.

It's a $25 product and they photoshopped a "solar panel" onto someone's back

It appears to have a 20w panel permanently attached to it

Fake Spot doesn't rate the products, it rates the reviews. Without looking at Amazon, I suspect there are reviews by unverified purchasers about the taste of tide pods.

Edit. Fake Spot Tide pods ratings on Amazon are a B today.

If it got reviewed bombed with a bunch of fake reviews about eating them and how they taste instead of how it cleaned and Amazon did nothing about it (they usually don't ) and Fake Spot reported the reviews as an F I say the system is working exactly as expected. Heck, the 42 count has an A rating on their ratings. Again it rates the ratings not the product. Think of it as a bot detector. That being said, one of my Steam fiends claims to get free stuff from a vendor(s) (not through vine) Same email source with different company names just for leaving 5-star rating (I assume this is to fool fake spot). So still even with fakespot take ratings on Amazon with a grain of salt.
