HDMI output: 4K@30Hz

If your gonna use the HDMI for a 4k monitor on the regular, I would pass. 60Hz should be minimum.

The hardwired USB C on these docks are prone to early failure and make them somewhat disposable.

I can't recommend any specific product, but there are some out there that support 120hz at 4k. For example:
