I own the 2024 Razr 5G and yes, that phone does include a one-time replacement screen provided by U Break I Fix. I think it was good for 2 years from purchase and assume (right or wrong?) that the 2025 phone also includes it.

To The people who have received their phones. Could you please try and put a non total wireless SIM in your phone to see if it is locked or unlocked or check in the settings to see if the status says it is locked or unlocked. Just trying to test a theory that may be total wireless sent out unlocked phones on accident and that's why they are recalling them.

For anyone having activation or port issues, instead of reg TW CS, choose the "more options" in the IVR (recorded prompts) and select or say "disconnect". You'll be xfr'd to someone almost immediately and they have all the tools you need.

I mean, yeah, it's a little shady to abuse the retention department, but I got stuff to do, I'm not sitting on hold for 45 mins, told some bs, get disconnected while on hold or xfr'd, and then call back in and wait for a supervisor, like a lot of people here did.

It was a 5 minute call and my phone was on my account and working.
Smarter not Harder, friends. 🙂

I just got off the phone with the warehouse who said the phone is still being delivered and it of course depends on when you ordered it. I ordered mine on the 12th and she said it's not going to be shipped until the 20th. The worst customer service ever!

I got mine but can't activate it just keep getting multiple errors using there app and the website. This thing may just get thrown in the drawer for a week until they sort this problem out or I'll send it back. Its not worth the my time dealing with this crap, not to mention I had no idea how much spam ware comes on these Motorola phones its pretty wild. I wish I would have never ordered and given them my ID info etc. not worth it and I've not even dug into trying to solve the problem beyond what should just work.

I would gladly trade places with you to have my phone in my hand. Just hold on for a couple days and then you should be able to activate it. Plenty of us had our phones put on hold and not delivered. Total wireless could of easily just sent an email to all the people who are supposed to get these phones and say we can't activate them yet so hold on to them for a little while.

Type UNLOCK to 611611 and see what u get. It should says it will be unlocked on a specific date. They can fix if there issue but needs a competent rep and they have .1 of them in their team ..
I believe they have removed the 611611 unlock for awhile, but most of time it will automatically unlocked in (activation date + 60/61 days)

The fact that they don't disclose it clearly is the real issue considering it is a prepaid carrier where many people tend to move away often.
At this point, the only way for them to change is if people don't buy their phones due to their promos.
