Seems like a pretty good deal for a basic ceramic pot and pan set. My T-Fal non stick set is developing small scratches. In 4 1 so I can avoid eating teflon

Eating the teflon won't hurt you. Teflon is inert.
So if you're only throwing them out due to health concerns you're wasting your money. And the copper pans here are junk pans. Buy something better.
Have various other pans similar to this and no issues, they typically last 5 or more years if you never use a heat setting higher than medium low... I use gas and always keep the flame low on non-stick pans and they last a long time, people I know who complain are typically cooking on hotter setting and reason why their pans do not last.. my heat is such that a 3/4" steak or burger would be medium at 7m per side... eggs a flip when the toast pops, etc.. so are those who gave them bad reviews just hard on pans and cooking on higher heat, who knows.. if they told us they always cooked on low and had failure, then I would agree stay away, but if you can cook on low heat, I bet they do just fine...
