Bought a $100 GC at Grocery Outlet. It's coded as Bus/Train. Guess it won't qualify. I'm in SF.

Interesting. I don't do Costco as the nearest one is 50 miles away. But I frequent Walmart pickup orders from a Walmart where everything codes as grocery, and those also code at 5% on PP Debit.
