If you're into the Tstak / Versastack system already, it's a pretty cool addition. I'm actually going to build a full, rolling stack of drawers around this and keep it in my basement as my basement toolbox.
Quality wise, I would day it's on par with (not above or below) the other offerings in the same price range (Kobalt, Husky, etc.). Box feels sturdy enough to last with home use, but wouldn't survive a bunch of drops / abuse.
I went back and forth about buying it for quite a while. Ultimately I'm glad I did, though I definitely understand it's not for everyone.
I prefer this case to the typical cases offered by kobalt, masterforce and husky. It has drawers that work and it's not blown mold plastic that's cheap and impossible to remove sockets. This kit has the updated craftsman ratchet as well. It's more pear shaped and flatter.

I have an older version of this kit my dad gave me and it's been super handy. I have all of these tools already in proper rolling tool chests but I can throw this in my truck and do darn near any task needed of me from friends and family (....and PITA facebook marketplace pickups my wife sends me on where stuff isn't disassembled...)

I have no experience with either, but just looking at the online pictures I think the craftsman set has slimmer ratchets, plus more combo wrenches.
Ultimately, both sets just fall short of what I would expect for a complete "travel" set. No pliers/clamps which you would want for some emergency repairs. The craftsman box does look like it has extra room for your own tools, however.

And it has room to customize by throwing in some extra sockets or tools in between the stuff it comes with.

This one usually sits at $149.99, and goes on sale for $99.99 occasionally. This is about as low as this one goes. It's definitely not always $100.
Blow molded crap can't do that!
According to camelcamelcamel, $100 is the cheapest it's been new, and it's been as high as 219. Average is $159.99: https://urlhasbeenblock
